A friend from New Zealand introduced me to these, and I have hardly used any other crackers since. They are so good that I find myself eating handfuls of them when I have cheese, without putting cheese on them! However, they do make an especially nice accompaniment to goat and blue cheeses. I cannot say enough good things about these delicious crackers.

Water Wheels really are light-as-air. The organic variety is a perfect platform; great for simple cheese and crackers or serving to guests.
I found the crackers to be a great snack either alone or with a nice cheese. You could even use spreadables, both sweet and salty, on these tasty crackers.
This is a delightful, delicious, non-intrusive
(taste-wise) vehicle for a wide variety of
toppings in a buffet setting. Only down-side is that people with a heavy hand find it too fragile.

My husband and I tried both the Provencal and the Tuscan varieties, and loved them! They had a very subtle flavor that complemented our salumi and cheese perfectly. I loved the texture, as I do not care for a heavy cracker. We will definitely buy these crackers again!
I've searched high and low for these great little crackers after first picking them up at the [...] in Napa, CA and was thrilled to find them here for the same price. They definitely are delicate in taste and "construction", but they are a terrific accompaniment for cheese because they don't overpower or steal center stage. I find myself snacking on them unadorned, even though they don't have a distinctive taste. I think it's the wafer-like texture.
These were light, tasty and great, if you are dieting. I've never tasted anything like it.

Worked well with a variety of toppers.
These crackers are so light that they remind me of communion wafers! Great compliment to a good cheese with being overbearing.
Probably good with a strong Cheese.

The simple,crisp texture of these crackers is so great you really don't notice anything else.My taste buds don't detect a morsel of salt which leaves the stage for my cheese!Positively delightful!!!!

First time ever ordering these crackers and were
so pleased using them with soups, stews, cheeses,
and even thin slices of crudities!
Just ordered more again - family seems to be growing "dependent" on them.
This is the best cracker to accompany different cheeses that I have ever had! Perfect!

If there was an award for "Best Supporting" for Cheese, these crackers would have to be them. Have had the Original and Provencal (would like to try the others when available) and both work well with most any type of cheese or spread. These are NOT stand-alone snack crackers, they are definitely to be used for support of cheese, etc. Lightly and delicately flavored they let the star of the hors d'oeuvre to shine.

There are a lot of delicious crackers at your local grocery store. But sometimes it's not about the cracker... it's all about the cheese. This is the perfect little crisp to top with a fabulous cheese. It has a waffle texture with a delicate flakiness. Every time we place an [...] order, we buy these. If I have one complaint about them, it's that a few are broken but who cares whether the cheese is on the top or the bottom? Put some of the broken pieces on a perfect slice of cheese. Still yummy.

These are wonderful little thin crackers that go perfectly with cheese. They are hard to find in stores and so I was very happy to find them on this site.

I would recommend this to a friend if the packaging were better and they didn't arrive mostly in crumbs. For those that were intact, the flavor was good and light.
