Being a sturdy cracker it is easier to spread stuff on them. Cream cheese with jalapeno/apricot jam, condiments with sliced meat and cheese for an open-faced sandwich, peanut butter and jam, or ... They are versatile.
Good for snack, my kids love it.
I found these crackers to be tasty paired with the cheeses that I purchased. The only problem was many were broken in shipping, but the crumbs were also good.

I often purchased these crackers while living in Toronto, where they could be found in the Jamaican imports aisle. I wouldn't describe them as fluffy, but they do have a lovely texture, somewhat like a thicker water cracker, and a light whole-wheat taste. They're great with cheese, but also hard to stop eating all by themselves.
Because they are so flaky, they do better with items that 'sit' on them, rather than are spread (unless it's very soft), particularly for guests who are not used to them. There is no marked 'whole wheat' sort of texture or flavour to them, ie, they don't overpower the accompaniment.

The crackers were incredibly fresh. Must have just come out of the oven. Filling and perfect with jams and jellies, soups and canapes. The only thing I regret is not ordering more at the same time. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST.[...]
