Since 1850, the Bonomi family began to make bread and biscuits for the people of the Veronese Mountains. Today, they continue with that tradition. Their Sfogliatine are classic sugar topped puff pastries. Perfect for desserts. Like Ladyfingers, they absorb flavors and cream extremely well. These sweet, light, fluffy pastries are also great on their own served at tea or coffee time.

I received these as part of Euro Cookie Sampler with purchase and fell in love at first bite! I'm going to order several packages once they are back in stock. They are a bit messy and rather delicate but they are certainly worth the trade-off in terms flavor!
