
These crackers are nothing short of eloquent. I personally love all the flavors, but I get a little choosey about who I want to share the Pepper crackers with. Mostly... I save those for my self. They go great with cheese and wine, and spreads like shrimp, spinach, avacodo type spreads. They don't fare well "pre-prepared", they are too thin to hold a topping for long without going soft, but as a side to whatever scrumptious topping you can dish up... nobody ever tastes "just one".
