We had a lot of company over the holidays, mostly my husband's Italian family. We used this flatbread with soup, cheese, a million different ways. Only negative - all but one was broken in the package! Bummer! Great product, better packaging, please!

Delicious buckwheat taste and were perfect with taramosalata and smoked cheese. I received these as a gift and reordered five packages almost immediately. Really wonderful.
Comments about Ciappine Italian Flatbread:
Crisp, flavorful and sturdy. Notably rich, pleasant aftertaste. Tried them with taramosalata, and the crackers held up nicely to the assertive spread.

Comments about Ciappine Italian Flatbread:
This cracker may be healthy and it does have a good flavor, but it is too difficult to eat. It is too hard.

I liked that these did not have eggs in it. I bought these as a gift for someone who has allergic to eggs. They tasted good.
