cottage cheese pancake is so easy to make and really very tasty. i was so thrilled to see how high in protein this pancake is. definitely leaves you satisfied. the cottage cheese gives this pancake a slight tang. instead of syrup, my family uses fresh butter and cane sugar to dress these fluffy cakes. enjoy! (have not yet tried the whole wheat version)
