This scone mix produced light, fluffy, flavorful scones. I've used other brands of scone mix, but I think the Hogan's is the best I've tried. These were comparable to ones I've had with afternoon tea at a famous London department store. Simple to make, as well.

Quick way to make "home made" scones for my tea parties. A little messy in the preparation, but very much worth the results. Baked up very nicely.
I will buy this again, and recommend it without reservation.
