Salopek Orchards has been in operation for over 50 years in Mesilla just outside Las Cruces. New Mexico's ideal climate, the fertile Rio Grande Valley soil, and over half a century of experience, help Salopek to produce some of the highest-quality pecans available. In keeping with a family tradition, New Mexico Pecan Company has been providing pecans, flavored pecans, and flavored pistachios for the past 15 years.

Salopek Orchard’s red chile flavored pistachios are a simple south west snack – just fresh, crunchy pistachios with a touch of salt and loads of red chile! Like their pecans, they are not too hot, but not too mild.
