These freshly kiln roasted mixes of Nuts and Seeds are roasted in Louisiana and seasoned in Dorset, England with spice blends inspired by Annie and Giles Henschel's extensive travels. There is nothing artificial in their blends, no junk, no filler, no nothing except fresh nuts, seeds and spices... and full on flavor!
- Malabar Nuts: A sweet mix of Peanuts, Almonds, and Cashews all freshly kiln roasted and glazed with a Sri Lankan inspired blend of Cinnamon and Vanilla.
- Siena Nuts & Seeds: A relaxed blend of Peanuts, Almonds, Cashews, Pumpkin and Sunflower seeds all freshly kiln roasted and tossed in a Tuscan inspired mix of sweet Rosemary and Chilli.
- Bayou Nuts & Seeds: A mix of Peanuts, Almonds, Cashews Pumpkin and Sunflower seeds all freshly kiln roasted and spiced with a Cajun inspired Garlic, Chilli and Herby blend of seasonings.
- Jeera Nuts & Seeds: A spicy mix of Peanuts, Almonds, Cashews, Pumpkin and Sunflower seeds all freshly kiln roasted and spiced with an Indian inspired Cumin, Chilli and Spicy blend of seasonings. Great with a monsoon of beer.

I only tried the jeera and the malabar flavors. The jeera taste like indian food...not the best taste for mixed nuts in my opinion. The malabar have a strong cinnamon flavor, which I think is pretty tasty.
