Morelli uses no preservatives or coloring agents, so the result is a fresh, natural tasting pasta with excellent body and aroma. The addition of squid ink gives this pasta a mild shellfish taste, so it is not surprising it is traditionally served with seafood, especially shellfish.

I had a good recipe that included ricotta cheese, garlic, olive oil, s & P. It was simple but elegant. Served with basil leaves. Very pretty.

Shopped for this item, but could not find it locally. Excellent with calamari in a tomato sauce.
