Made from durum wheat semolina, wheat germ, and black squid ink, this charcoal black pasta is striking in flavor and color. Morelli uses no preservatives or coloring agents, so the result is a fresh, natural tasting pasta with excellent body and aroma. The addition of squid ink gives this pasta a mild shellfish taste, so it is not surprising it is traditionally served with seafood, especially shellfish.

I had a good recipe that included ricotta cheese, garlic, olive oil, s & P. It was simple but elegant. Served with basil leaves. Very pretty.
