The Garlic and Basil has such a great aroma that all of my friends at work wanted to know what I was eating, it smelled so great. I let them taste it and they were more than impressed with the flavor as well. And that was with just a little olive oil. I used the Red Chili with a Hot Chicken Sausage and just tomatoes, onions and peppers and a little seasoning. I took that in for a potluck and it was gone in minutes. I haven't tried the pasta with wheat germ yet, but I'm looking forward to it.

The 3 packs of 250g are exactly the same as if purchased separately, but in this box they are actually cheaper than bought individualy!
The quality of Morelli is famous, and the flavoured varieties are fantastic. I like this compilation because I am vegetarian. Had the ink-fish version been included, I would not have touched it.
But I love this basil-pasta so much, I have known it for almost 10 years now. Already in Germany I had found an importer who offered it.
And the Peperoni (american: "chilli") variety is best eaten mixed with the (white) wheatgerm pasta. Northern Europeans like me are not customed to such spiciness, so it is milder with mixing.
This pasta is great during the summer heat, cold in a salad, or served freshly cooked just with butter and Parmigiano Reggiano (do NOT shame this pasta with Grana Padano or even a "Kraft cheese food Parmesan product"!!!!!)
I will try the Peperoni version with tomatoe sauce as advised in the other review, sounds interesting.
