delicious and nutritious. this product cooks in the microwave too! the texture is quite smooth but yet firm. it has a little bit of a grainy, nutty taste. we're very limited here to healthy grains and other complex carbs so thank you igourmet for providing such a wonderful product! love you guys[...]

I recently joined Weight Watchers and I'm learning to eat more heathy foods. Complex Carbs are not only filling, but in this case, great to eat. I use it with a little Olive oil and just a touch of Asagio cheese. It's also not bad with just a simply marinara sauce. My roommate likes it just as much as I do and he swore he never eat pasta!
