
I made a recipe from Giada with this -- mixed with a cream sauce and spinach, topped with chevre and Parmegianno Regianno and baked. Yum! I liked this so much better than any other gnocci I had ever bought I immediately ordered two more packages. I gave one to my daughter, but am hoarding the other.
Taste just like it came from a top Italian restaurant. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm Good! I mixed this with a wonderful cheese sauce and served this with a simple chilled itallian salad and bread and it was delicious. MaMa Mia, datsa nice.
