While we have listed our pasta selection under the "Dry Goods" category, these authentic Gnocchi are actually soft to the touch. Because they are packaged in an oxygen-depleted vacuum bag, these famous little potato and wheat flour dumplings do not require refrigeration. Made in Italy, now you can finally experience what true Italian Gnocchi tastes like. Lightly seasoned and salted, they have a wonderful flavor and texture. Easy to prepare; simply drop them into a pot of boiling water for two minutes, drain, and top with tomato sauce and grated cheese.

This product is the best I have ever had in terms of gnocchi. The product held its texture and taste. Oftentimes gnocchi products I have purchased elsewhere are too "potatoey" or become "gooey" but not this product. I plan to order this product again. It was a delight with all!
