Oh my! This stuff is amazing!! I use it mainly to season beef before grilling, but also have used with grilled chicken. It makes the meat taste "done". I have also been using it on potatoes. I buy the little tiny white potatoes, and use them whole, or quarter larger ones. Toss with olive oil, Seasonello, sliced white onions and cook at 450 for about 30-45 minutes. YUM!! Use based on the salt amount, not the seasoning, as it is mainly salt. The herbs are a delicate addition to the taste. (hope that makes sense!!)

The minute you open a jar of Seasonello, it's like you've been transported to a fresh garden of herbs. The aroma is wonderful, with rosemary in the forefront. You can use this on anything - chicken, beef, to season soups, mashed potatoes, and even popcorn! Love it!
It's made with Italian sea salt, so none of the processing associated with regular table salt, a big plus in my book!

This is the best seasoning blend ever. It's perfect for sprinkling on meat before cooking or for sauteing vegetables. If a dish or sauce is too bland, I just add some Seasonello and it turns out great!
This is great stuff - we use it on just about everything. The rosemary and sage give it a delicious aroma, and a little goes a long way.
