Bolivian Rose Salt is actually speckled pink! The salt owes its color to its innate wealth of elements and minerals. This is no accident. The richness of the Bolivian Rose Salt has had plenty of time to germinate, having formed more than three million years ago.

This exotic salt is harvested from the Andes Mountains in Bolivia. Having spent the last few millennia sealed into an ancient seabed, rest assured Bolivian Rose Salt is the most perfect, preserved, and untouched salt you could imagine. Mild and slightly sweet in flavor.

I loved the cool pink color. Had a Mild mineral taste that made it richer than other salts. It grinds well but when I first got it I put it whole right on some cherry tomatoes.
