i use this salt in many dishes. it's wonderful on a salad, in soups, on meat, poltry and fish. anywhere you would use salt but would also like the flavor of truffles. the truffle flavor is enhanced with the use of a good olive oil. it's great!

Just opening the jar was a sensation; the aroma filled the room and really got my attention. I instantly developed brain lock, wondering what to use it in first. Getting carried away, I included it in everything but rice pudding, to rave reviews. Wish I could afford to buy it by the case!
