Located in: Dry Goods, Spices
Over 3,000 years ago, the Phoenicians settled on the southern tip of the Spanish peninsula in Cadiz. These were the first people to produce salt in Spain. They began by building salt pans to evaporate sea water in the sun to yield salt. Today, salt is still harvested here in Andalucia. Their sea salt is sparkling white, with a clean fresh taste, pure and additive free. It is a coarse grain; ideal for sprinkling over finished food, or put in a mill for a finer grain.

This product is an inexpensive sea salt from Spain. No frills or impressive packaging but why would one need it? More bang for the buck.
