Borsari seasoned salts are the best and easiest way to enhance the flavors of all of your foods. We have three different flavors to choose from. Borsari Original Seasoned Salt is made from a perfect balance of sea salt, fresh garlic, fresh basil, black pepper, fresh parsley, fresh rosemary, fresh nutmeg, and fresh lemon peel. Borsari Citrus Seasoned Salt is a mix of sea salt, fresh garlic, fresh lemon peel, fresh rosemary, fresh basil, and black pepper. Borsari Orange Ginger Seasoned Salt contains sea salt, fresh orange peel, fresh rosemary, fresh basil, ginger and black pepper. These multi-purpose seasonings do not contain preservatives or dehydrated ingredients- just natural flavor! Use on grilled steaks, roast chicken or capon, lamb, pork or beef, salads and vegetables, or in sauces, soups and stews. These are invaluable spices to have in your pantry.

The innovative packaging allows these spices to be stacked one on top of the other with a tight grip so they won't take up so much room in your pantry. Varieties sold separately.

Only messy because you're gonna shake it on alot of things. The citrus is especially good on fish. All the varieties are a nice coarse blend of seasonings and not too oniony or garlicky like some others. Don't worry about it getting stale; it won't sit on the shelf long enough.

The Orange-Ginger variety of this Salt is a wonderful seasoning which has been adding an extra burst of flavor to many things which I would normally just flavor with sea salt. I will be buying it again.

I bought this product based on the other reviews and wasn't disappointed. I did learn not to add other seasonings whatever I'm cooking however. A lot of seasonings need "that extra zip" but w/this product the "zip" is already there. I've used it on chicken, steak and in a salad dressing; works as well since it's very light. Don't use too much however, as it can taste salty.

I purchased the Bosari Original, it has a nice clean flavor with hints of rosemary and lemon in every bite. I think it is perfect for the grill, and it's great on ribs and chicken. I used it when I did a rotisserie chicken on the grill and it was delicious. I have also sprinkled it into pasta water and added it to the water when preparing rice. It adds a nice flavor, and a little goes a long way. Great product.
