I have been a big fan of Instant Gourmet ever since Phil LaMarche introduced it to me when we both worked for Arrow Electronics. I have several friends and family members that rely on me to keep them supplied with Instant Gourmet. We will always be a fan and continue to use in numerous ways.

I use it to cook with, as a table seasoning and especially like to use it with Italian bread and olive oil.

I have tried this on pork, chicken and fish. It has done no favors to any of them. Turns fish nearly inedible by masking the fresh clean fish behind something heavy and indescript. The herbs don't sit well with pork and the sugar fights the chicken all the way past my taste buds. Not all sure why sugar is the prime ingredient in any generic everything condiment. I make many seasoning blends from scratch and have used many of another well known purveyor .. none have ever contained sugar. The remainder of this jar has found its way to file 13.

I got the Rustic Italiano to try. I have since tossed out my other italian seasonings! This is superior to any others I have tried. It has been finding its way into alot of my recipes as the wonderful comments from family and friends have made it my "go to" seasoning. Its what I add now when a dish needs "something". I will be ordering the others to try in the near future.

Received Awake-A-Steak as an extra in a previous order. I don't think I'd ever eat enough beef to justify buying Awake-A-Steak but I have used as a replacement for salt and pepper for a whole roasted chicken. Helped to make a very tasty chicken.
