This makes anything I cook with brown sugar taste better. It takes my homemade pumpkin pie to a whole new level. Need more in time for Thanksgiving. My children and grandchildren want it.When will it be available again?

It was called for in a recipe. I could have used turbinado sugar.

Comments about Billington's Light Brown Muscovado Sugar:

This is a very flavorful sugar, despite being called "light brown". The flavor is stronger than what is called "dark brown sugar" at the grocery store. It differs from the grocery store sugar in flavor -- that stuff is flavored with molasses. This tastes like "Sugar in the Raw", but much more intense. The flavor lingers for a long time. This also has a different texture -- it is very soft and crumbly, not granular. Hope this helps.
