The grind is about the same size as a coarse pepper, but is adjustable and can be made finer. The larger the crystals, the more maple flavor. For extra crunch and strongest flavor, skip the grinding and just sprinkle the crystals out of the bottle. The maple flavor is as delicious as a light A grade syrup. It's fun, convenient and easy. A super gift idea for any maple lover.
