I gave this as a gift and got to sample a bit myself. The package came well refridgerated, even though it was a day later than expected. Both cheeses paired well with a local cabernet. I really liked the Mostarda, never had that before. A good combination of sweet fruit and mustard flavors. I didn't see the book, but the person I gave it to said it was nice.
