Depaz Cane Syrup is imported from Martinique, the tropical paradise isle in the French West Indies.

Wonderful thick body, cane fiber/wood and toffee mingled with the sweetness of real cane. Works wonderfully - not sticky or cloying like corn syrup - much more depth than simple syrup in the drinks we tried.
