I used the fig preserve in a dish calling for rosemary chicken breast - with fontina cheese and fig preserve encased in a puff pastry. What a wonderful presentation and great flavor. The texture was just perfect - I am very pleased with this item.

I topped brie with this spread. Usually I just love brie with roasted garlic, but this has tied for first place! Add your favorite cracker...real simple and tasty with Keebler Multi Grain.

Greaton toast or a chewy bread, but also with cheese and crackers. It's rich and has the seeds of figs, but the spread, especially with the orange, is elegant and addictive.

I just opened my jar and had it on rye toast. Yum! I though I really only like the whole preserves before I tried this. I am now a fan. It is a bit expensive but as I am the only one in the family that loves figs...it will be all aout me! In fairness, because of the sweet taste you wil use less. Highly recommend.
