TartufLanghe, founded in 1968 by Domenica Bertolusso and Beppe Montanaro, is located in the Langhe, a beautiful region at the base of the Italian Alps in southern Piedmont. Much of the world's white truffle harvest comes from this region. Known as the Land of Precious Bounty, the Langhe is also renowned for its quality wines and delicious cheeses. TartufLanghe's Acacia honey with white truffle is an extraordinary combination. Once the jar is opened, aromas of white truffles and honey warm the dining room or kitchen with its sweet fragrance. Drizzle this unique honey over hard cheeses like Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano Stravecchio. Also works well over Castelmagno and Oro Antico Riserva.

This is a very intensely flavored cheese.

Comments about Acacia Honey with White Truffle - 50 gram:

Delicious with manchego cheese. Pricey at this online store but couldn't find it anywhere else online. Bought it for [$] before at DiBrunos in Philadelphia but they do not sell it at their online store. However, it is delicious and a unique product.
