This honey is produced in beehives on the lemon plantations of Tucuman and Chaco in Argentina. It is only made out of the blossoms. These regions are world renown for their lemon production, which is virtually all exported. The lemon honey has a very distinctive taste since it is very smooth and delicate. It has a clear amber color when in its liquid state, but once it crystallizes, it turns whiter. It has a very sweet taste and pleasant aroma, with a citrus taste.
