This honey is produced in beehives on the lemon plantations of Tucuman and Chaco in Argentina. It is only made out of the blossoms. These regions are world renown for their lemon production, which is virtually all exported. The lemon honey has a very distinctive taste since it is very smooth and delicate. It has a clear amber color when in its liquid state, but once it crystallizes, it turns whiter. It has a very sweet taste and pleasant aroma, with a citrus taste.

This is the best honey I've ever tasted. I will buy again and again. I keep promising myself to use it in tea, but I use it from the jar as a night time sweet.
