This product isn't exactly what I expected it, as there's no "cream" or other dairy element in the base. However, it is wonderful and full of fresh mushroom and black truffle flavor and texture - a bit earthy, cut perfectly by the richness of the sunflower oil. It's great on the Morelli saffron pasta!
