I've purchased these many times in gourmet stores and have never had any that were so hard and tasteless. Almost tastes like they aren't matured or ready to eat yet. Wish I'd have only purchased a small jar instead of a 4 1/2 pound jar. Now I'm stuck with them.

Have been looking for the green cerignola olives in a large quantity for a long time. These are some of the best I've tasted. I enjoy these as a snack quite frequently. They are in a brine solution, so are not greasy as had been the case with olives ordered from another store which did not come with a brine. These olives are nutty in flavor, very meaty & firm and quite delicious!
