This was just ok at best... but a bit disappointing because of the amount of sourness. If I finish what's left, I'll "doctor" it up a bit first.

If you're an artichoke lover like I am, you'll love this rich and flavorful soup. Not only is it excellent but the packaging makes it so much more elegant and appealing than the typical tin can. Probably helps to preserve the flavor too.
