Gazpacho is considered a summer soup because of the fresh, seasonal vegetables that go into it. Our gazpacho is made using the classic Spanish recipe: tomato, cucumber, and piquillo peppers, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, and salt. This soup is often served cold, but is also delicious heated.
