Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I tried a little as it was intended, I am sure, as a soup, and I enjoyed it. I used it as a sauce (thinned with a bit of water) over chicken and cappellini and it was quite delicious! I was surprised at how good it was as a soup, expected it to be ovepoweringly "Stilton", yet it was not. I would buy this again.
