
I eat the pates for lunch on a French or sourdough baguette. Excellent.
Most of what I 'try' at IGourmet is a pleasant surprise.
For the life of me, I could not figure out what a ' vegetable ' pate might be. BUT my adventurous brain and stomach said 'Ah, go ahead '
It was wonderful. Works well on crackers, bread or straight from the package !
I deffinitely would recommend it to a friend ... unless my friend is a dullard or allergic to eggplant.
Give it a try, if you don't like it ( unfathomable ) blame it on me !
