This makes a nice snack for an antipasto plate, or with wine before dinner. The peppers are mild, but still have a nice tang. However, be warned that they must be drained before trying to bite into one, because they are loaded with the olive oil in which they are packed.

A delightful snack. We ate it with a Greek cheese and olive platter. I'll buy it again and try it with some retsina wine. It's worth trying if you're not sure.

These little feta-stuffed peppers are yummy! I thought I'd want to eat, like, three-four-five of these little babies, but they are so rich, one at a time is very satisfying. That makes them not only a fabulous treat, it makes them relatively inexpensive because they last.
