Cannellini beans are a staple in Italian cooking, but they couldn't be easier to enjoy with this pre-seasoned selection from Le Conserve della Nonna. Perfectly cooked and nicely seasoned, these beans get a bit of vibrant flavor from the addition of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sage, chili pepper, and garlic. Great as a side, or tossed in a crunchy salad of spinach, arugula, gorgonzola, and walnuts.

These beans are high quality, and useful as a quick side dish. However, the spice blend is a bit odd, almost sour, and there are only enough in the jar for a couple of servings. Dry cannellini beans are so cheap that I would advise you to soak and simmer your own, and flavor them as you like.
