Do you or your children have a sweet tooth? Are you trying to keep healthy by having your five portions of fruits and vegetables each day? If so, our slow-dried fruits are ideal, created from the choicest fresh fruit and slowly dried. Each pack contains at least two portions towards your target of five. And if your energy is running a little low, try the fruit, nut and seed mixes to boost your batteries.

If you can't choose a single variety of Slow Fruit, try these blended mixes.
  • Slow Dried Fruit Mix: Over 300g of fresh fruit went into creating this product. All the fresh fruits were carefully selected for perfection and then dried slowly with slightly warm air and nothing else. As featured in Oprah's O Magazine. Contains slow mango, slow apples, slow pineapple, and slow strawberries.
  • Trail Mix: Gold medal winner at the Great Taste Awards 2007. One of our most popular products, this is a mix of our chunky slow fruits, nuts and seeds. Contains slow mango, flame raisins, cashews, pumpkin seeds, brazil nuts, roasted hazelnuts, slow apple, sunflower seeds, slow yellow figs, banana slices, and slow strawberry.
  • Fruit and Nut Mix: An exciting combination of Southern Alps slow fruits and nuts. An energizing blend for any time of day. Contains sultanas, brazil nuts, currants, slow pineapple, slow apple, almonds, walnuts, pistachios, slow white mulberries.
ALLERGY ADVICE: Contains nuts, gluten and wheat. This product is produced in a factory where sesame seeds are present.

You can enjoy them straight from the packet - or add them to muffins, cakes, breads, cereals, winter porridges and summer salads. They'll add flavor and vitality to any meal.
