I wanted something simple, yet flavorful, on hand as I knew I would be entertaining over the holidays with people stopping by frequently for a glass of wine or a mimosa. I had a beautiful and delicious offering for my guests by simply adding fresh fruit and a variety of crackers to this simple snack. This is a wonderful gift to give to others OR yourself, however, it will bring you the most pleasure if you SHARE it!

I found the 3 cheeses, one each from Finland, Ireland and Holland, to be creamy, pleasantly-pungent and appropriately tasty fare, whether they are served as a small snack or better as a flavorful addition to round out the usual buffet-choices in cheese selections -- whether served before, in lieu of, or after a meal. The presentation is thoughtfully packaged as a present, even.

I used the product for casual sit down with appetizers. The little toasts are just right, in fact I think I will just buy those as they are so much you can do with them. The cheeses werre mild, yet tasteful. Went well with the Red Wine and grapes on the plate.

Once we got into the cheese it was grand. Have had it for over 2 weeks and no spoilage. Slices well, grates well, eats well. Great gift for family, friends or yourself. Will definitely order more in the future.
