My cheese experience has been limited to what I thought were good supermarket
cheeses from the 'gourmet' aisle. This
was a eye-opener. First, the igourmet cheese knife is a perfect tool, and is a bargain at the price. And then I tasted the Kerrygold Dubliner. Made me wonder how they can call that yellow stuff in the grocery stores cheddar. As good as the Kerrygold was, the green wax cheddar was outstanding. Best cheese I have ever tasted. I will be trying other cheeses from you in the future, but I'll always include some Irish Green Wax Mature Cheddar in my order, if available.
