- Goat Camembert: This extra creamy goat's milk cheese from France is satiny-smooth with a firm, slightly chewy, edible white crust. Its flavor is all goat - tangy and rustic with hints of lemon and hay.
- Cave Aged Swiss Gruyere: Aged for a full year in underground sandstone caves near Lucerne, this special reserve Gruyere is made from rich, unpasteurized, Alpine cow's milk.

This was delivered on time in beautiful packaging in the height of the Christmas season. We sent as a gift, and our friends were delighted. It was a little pricey for the quantity of cheese, but the quality was great and selections were sophisticated.

The Gruyere and goat were wonderful. The blue was horrendous and the Boschetto al Tartufo Bianchett was just strange.
