Enjoy these bold, creamy American and French blue cheeses that are complemented by our deliciously concentrated fruit pyramids and Australian Crackerthins. This selection will make a beautiful addition to a holiday cheese board.
  • Atalanta Blue: Atalanta is the Greek goddess of hunt, travel, and adventure. She was a bold and admirable goddess, who refused to get married until she finished her education, traveled the world, and enjoyed a few adventures. The name Atalanta is thus appropriate for this new blue cheese from Wisconsin. It's a bold cheese that took several years to perfect. Enjoy it crumbled over salads, stirred into sauces, or on crackers. (1/2 lb.)
  • Paladin Bavarian Blue is a tangy, crumbly blue cheese produced in the Bavarian Alpine countryside. Extremely versatile, you'll love it in salad; as part of a recipe; or on a cracker.(1/2 lb.)
  • Fourme d'Ambert: Ambert is the mountainous town in Auvergne where this cylindrical shape cheese has been made since the 7th century! Fourme d'Ambert is high in moisture and compact in texture, so the blue mold does not spread in veins like other Blues, instead it forms in distinct, disconnected pockets. This Blue is cave-aged for a minimum of two months, made from raw cow's milk and has a tremendously creamy, full-bodied flavor.(1/2 lb).
  • Fruit Pyramids by Valley Produce Company: These succulent Fig & Almond, Pear & Hazelnut and Apricot & Pistachio Fruit Pyramids are made from one pound of reduced fruit and contain no artificial colors or flavors. These spreads are perfect served with the three blue cheeses that we have selected for this superb Blue Cheese Gift Box. (2.6 oz. each)
  • Crackerthins Australian Watercrackers: We know you will enjoy these premium plain and cracked black pepper water crackers from the Yarra Valley in Victoria, Australia with the select blue cheeses offered in this gift box. Thin and crispy, they are perfect served with fine cheese, spreads, and pates. (5.3 oz.)
