We sent this to a gentleman that we do business with on a regular basis. This man exempliflies the term 'class.' He is also a man of great influence. He's someone who is hard to impress. He absolutely loved it. That is all I need to know!

Most of the meats were of high fat content. The lack of adequate cooling packets in shipment led to "slight greaseness" of meats and cheeses. Wife now disabled so I have taken up cooking again. I am not as fast as her in preparing her holiday dishes, so meats and cheeses were purchased for guests waiting to eat. Idea was great, and some items were a hit. Best looking items had lesser quality substitutes. I noted them on the printout of the gift basket list, but was unable to locate it in preparation of this review. I will purchase snack items locally next time.

This is a feast - invite all of your friends over! I was so sad that I could not finish all of the cheeses before they perished. This wonderful assortment is meant to be shared and your friends will certainly thank you!
