as always, i just enjoyed eating and sharing the three cheeses, especially the vistara ossau iraty. it was assertive and vet beguiling.

This is an absolute fabulous assortment of cheeses. I paired them with fruit, chicken, different wines, and french bread. Once I did my homework the meal came together and was fabulous!

I bought these for the [@] Frech Cocktail hour party. They arrived room temperature to warm instead of cold/safe. The Pyrenees Vache had no peppercorns and tasted like a brie you can get at the local supermarket. The Istara had a pleasant texture, but really no flavor, and the Mimolette was oily, tough, and tasted gross. I threw it away. I do not recommend any of these cheeses.
