This is great, I'm ordering another slab now. I cooked a thanksgiving breakfast for about 6 family members that were visiting for the holiday, they were fighting over the last piece.
I appears fatty but cooks up like it's all lean, with very little shrinkage. Good chewy-ness when cooked on a cookie sheet in the oven. The microwave and paper towel method dried it out and it was too brittle for me.

I will buy Polish bacon again and again

I love the smell of this bacon when my husband unwraped the bacon my childhood memories rushed in I grew up on this tape of bacon. We use this bacon every time recipe calls for bacon.

Very disapointed with this bacon. I ended up with a 6.35 lb. slab of brown sugared fat. Others make claims of very lean product, unfortunately I ended up with the extra chubby pig.
