Pancetta can be used in place of traditional bacon and adds great flavor to most dishes. It is a nice change from using regular bacon and adds great flavor.

Pancetta is great in sandwiches and on platter with other sliced meets. Add a little cracked pepper... I diced up the end pieces in small cubes and made a great spaghetti alla carbonara. Everyone in the family loved it.
However, it's difficult to slice as it falls a part toward the end. May be a bigger piece next time will solve the problem.

Versatile enough to use in most any dish. Not too salty so it blends well. I have chopped it, sauteed it and used it in stuffing for chicken breasts and also in my special burgers for the family and friends.
I will be ordering again from this site.

This pancetta is good to have on hand to use in preparing pasta and all kinda of Italian dishes. In addition, I have used it to stir fry with vegetables and mix them with eggs for a weekend breakfast treat.

I used this product in a dish with brussel sprouts. I cut pancetta in small cubes and cook. I mix it with a brussel sprouts that are cut in half and saute until slightly tender. The pancetta blend with it so well.
I used a little olive to keep it from sticking to man.
