This bacon is an award winner at the Fancy Food Show in New York. Smoked in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains, hand trimmed, lean and meaty, the Peppered Bacon has been rolled in brown sugar and hand rubbed with cracked black peppercorns. It is sliced thick- but not too thick. Don't be afraid to order extra. It freezes well and will wait patiently for many special Sunday morning breakfasts to come.

Highly seasoned, very peppery, but little fat and great quality... Will definately reorder in the future.
