An instant success at the San Francisco Fancy Food show earlier this year, Kelp Caviar continues to take the food industry by storm, garnering praise from chefs and critics alike. This delicious vegetarian caviar is produced in Canada, using seaweed as the primary ingredient. Kelp offers not only an authentic caviar taste, but also incredible health benefits, all at an extremely affordable price.
There are currently three flavors available: Sturgeon, Salmon and Truffle, all of which bring taste and versatility to the table. Great for appetizers, crepes, salads, shrimp pizza and baked seafood, though our favorite has to be with eggs (see recipe).
