After this, I want to try "real" caviar. I enjoyed the wonderful smoky flavor, along with a distinct salty pop as I ate it. I used a Barefoot Contessa caviar dip recipe with it & it was amazing. My jar was past the use-by date, but it still tasted great. I need MORE!!!!

Tasty and inexpensive alternative, perfect for inpromptu gatherings and sunday brunches. Goes great with my seafood frittata. Smoky flavor is great with eggs.

I LOVE caviar. This is nothing like it. The eggs are like they are cooked, very smokey, soft and mushy, without the salty, delicious pop.

For the price, you can't beat this Caviar. I found this to be very suitable for anyone not familiar with Caviar, or a newbie. I served this at a Holiday party, with mini-toasts and blini and everyone loved it! I will order this again and do recommend this to anyone.

Very smoky flavor - much too strong, over powers.
Must use with something else (delived egg, etc) in order to use.

Inexpensive enough to enjoy with just the family. Don't feel you need a special occasion to have caviar, or that caviar is just for the rich. Delicate flavor makes it great on canape or alone on toast. We enjoyed it picnic style with pate and cheeses.
Nice Smoky Flavor, Not Much Like Caviar

Although this doesn't taste much like caviar, it does have a nice tangy, smoke flavor. It is certainly better than other inexpensive varities that I've tried and less salty too.
