Pros:
Decent stuff, Flavorful
Cons:
Excess Fat, Flavor isn't that great, Masquerades as French

This is pretty good, but I've had better. French sausages of this type tend to be better. This is trying to pass itself off as French, but somebody should have told them that the French for Three Little Pigs is Trois Cochonnets, not Trois Petits Cochons.

This is pretty good, but not all that much better than the summer sausages you can find almost everywhere. The duck salami also sold on this site is far more tasty, exotic, and luxurious.
This is fantastic...a family favorite!

Very hard to find in the US, Saucisson Sec is appreciated wherever you can find it. This is an OK value for the money. It is not super dry, but has a good flavor.

Good product, remind me France. The only regret is the texture which is thick.

Made from quality stuff, but I prefer dry sausage with a stronger flavor; I found the product yummy, but somewhat too mild

We are slowly eating our way thru a number or dry sausages of various origins to compare. So far, this is the best one, very intense flavor without being greasy. Great with a baguette and a rich red wine.

This sausage, with a good french bread makes an excellent sandwich. You will not be confused with the sandwiches available in France, however, it is a close alternative
