This product has just the right flavor and spice!
I have used it for a variety of recipes including in seafood saute dishes, breakfast/brunch meals, and chicken soup. On favorite use for this sausage andouille is on French bread with melted brie and a fresh vegetable garnish,

Comments about Andouille Sausage:

This product was used in gumbo and the taste was wonderful. I have never used andouille before and it added a definite zip to the gumbo. Not for ones that have trouble with their stomachs...plenty spicy.

This sausage was amazing! I bought it as a suprise for my husband (who is super picky) and he loved it. We had it with gourmet cheeses one night and the rest sliced up in a creamy pasta.

Comments about Andouille Sausage:

nice fat content for searing and sauce generation. If you're doing anything that Justin Wilson used to make with on-yon, this completes the effort.

I love it with cheese on a cracker. Too much of it is too spicy. Slice thin. Delicious!
