Fiorucci is a name that has been synonymous with excellence in Italian salame and prosciutto for over 150 years. Founded in 1850, this third generation family-owned has been preparing premium specialty meats that have become the best loved, number one selling meats in Italy. Fiorucci Italian specialty meats, now also made in the United States using the family's cherished recipes, are still hand trimmed, seasoned with the finest spices, and carefully aged.

Fiorucci's pepperoni is made in Virginia from lean pork, wine, paprika, garlic and other natural ingredients. Not overly spicy with a hint of smokiness, it is great as a pizza topping. We also love it chunked or sliced as a snack.

Comments about Fiorucci Pepperoni:

AS PEPPERONI GOES, THIS PRODUCT WAS PRETTY AVERAGE. A BIT ON THE SALTY AND FATTY SIDE WHEN EATEN AS A SNACK. I HAVEN'T USED IT WHERE IT WAS HEATED AS YET. GOOD BUY FOR THE PRICE HOWEVER.

This is an excellent pepperoni. Way better texture and flavor than any of the store brands.

I use this pepperoni while making pizza bread loafs, and it adds a very nice flavor.

Can't say that I tried this MYSELF (I'm a chef), my son ate the WHOLE thing in one sitting, with cheese and crackers. He said it was the most flavorful pepperoni he has ever had.

Comments about Fiorucci Pepperoni:

I first tried this at a place in seattle called broklyn brothers pizza, new york style pizza, and it was good so I noticed they said they only use the best ingredients, and they said they used molinari pepperoni, so I bought some and it's great. very lean, not greasy, nice and spicy, kinda chewy, the way I like it. so many pepperoni's are like salami, there is no depth, no oomph to it, but this is really good. also, it's not too salty like some are.

Like the description says, this pepperoni is just wonderful when baking a homemade pizza. Make it with some of their Fontinella or Mozzarella and it makes a wonderful dinner!

Comments about Fiorucci Pepperoni:

I am looking for pepperoni like I had as a boy growing up outside NY... coarse, hard, oily, peppery and this product doesn't fit any of the qualifications, and the taste was particularly disappointing to me.
